GASP I'M TRYING TO IMPROVE LOL

On a more serious note, I'm seriously trying to improve my style. I was looking back at my art one day and realized how much I've already come, but I still don't like how it's going right now. Any comments or criticism is appreciated, like usual~

Here are my own takes on my current style and another I'm trying to adapt to right now.

<sub>Left:
-very kiddish/not in a good or cute way, either
-3/4th view has a strange, distorted left eye
-not easy to draw frontal view
-nose is.....a button xD
-eyes are too big and oval-ish

Right:
-Y SO SRS.
-frontal view looks more natural
-chin line is lower
-eyes are smaller/more proportional?
-bridge of nose is noticable
-cheek is less defined/more angular/squareular lol
-left eye is not so bad in 3/4ths view

Overall:
-I think my hair is pretty okay where it stands, it could be better though. such as more defined styles, and a better idea of where the hair flows.
-mouths have...pretty much have stayed the same throughout my whole life lol
-my ears are always...too simple. and sometimes placed in the wrong place.
-overall anatomy (not pictured, might draw some crap later on) isn't very good but I think I'm starting to get a good idea where everything goes+proportions n' stuff.
-...I still can't draw guys.
-I also need to improve on my expressions. I suck at expressions. what are expressions supposed to depend on? i think mine are leaning towards the mouths and eyebrows. i'd like to improve on body language and expressions in the eyes.
